The San Luis Obispo Linux Users Group is a non-profit
organization of Linux users and computer enthusiasts based in
San Luis Obispo, California. This LUG (Linux Users Group) is a
(SIG) Special Interest Group of the SLO Bytes PC Users Group.
We meet once a month at the KCBX Training Center to share our
experiences about Linux, demonstrate applications and features
of the Linux operating system. Other discussions include
computer hardware as it applies to Linux and interfacing with
the Windows or MAC operating system. The majority of our users
have Linux Mint and/or Ubuntu installed so we usually cater our
presentations around these distributions.
